Soulprints with Lori began, as many beautiful things do, during a time in life when there was a confluence of weddings, deaths, both bittersweet endings and exhilarating new beginnings. It was a time of reflection on how precious it all is, and how quickly it all comes and goes.

I felt called to live life more slowly, intentionally, purposefully.
To be more present for the people I love and the gifts, both known and unknown, that exist in my life.
To live more mindfully with creativity and curiosity, to truly engage with Life, not just let it wash over me.

These writings are simply the field notes of an ordinary girl living a life of awe.
