Welcome to Soulprints!  Please join our adventure of designing and celebrating our authentic lives!

Each life is made up of a series of “prints”, defined by Webster as:

An indention or mark left which remains

A picture or design left on a surface

To transfer from one to another

We carry a number of prints with us on a daily basis

Our footprints represent where we have been.  Webster notes footprints as “an area occupied or effected by something.”  We bring with us into every new day, friendship, conversation, interaction at work or home, the footprints of where we have been.  This is all that comes from “behind us” that we carry forward into each new day.  It may include our upbringing, messages we speak to ourselves, heartbreaks, past victories, whatever WAS that continues to BE as long as we carry it with us.  I would suspect that most of us are carrying much that can be set down and is no longer needed,  while often forgetting to honor and give due respect to the best parts.

Blueprints involve designing what we wish to see in our lives and the world around us.  Just as an architect draws up blueprints for a new home, every morning we create blueprints for our day.  What is important?  What will we prioritize, what will we accomplish or avoid (and carry over to the next day)?   Any time we plan and produce, we are blueprinting our lives. If you did well in high school, attended college, and graduated to a career you love, you used an educational blueprint.  If you scrimped and saved, planned and then traveled around Europe, you utilized a travel blueprint.  Blueprints help us define where we are heading and realign us as we go so we can have our desired outcomes.  How often does the chaos or banality of daily life lead us to never really have a plan?  Are we using our creative energies to build the life of our dreams?

Perhaps one of the most recognized prints is a handprint.  The amazing thing about handprints is that NO TWO ARE THE SAME!  Each handprint is as rare and distinct as is possible among the human race.  Our handprints represent our legacy, what we leave behind, what shows how we have uniquely “been here”.  They represent the impact that only we can have.

All of these prints form our SOULPRINTS, the rare and remarkable imprints that we create in this world, the mark that only we can make through our unique experiences, way of loving, and way of being in the world..  Combining our specific past experiences (footprints) with our creative and innovative dreams for ourselves and the world (blueprints) and the one of a kind spirit and love  only you exude  (handprints), Soulprints guide us in reflecting upon, designing and embracing our highest intentions and actions.

It is my desire to help foster a community of like-minded people who truly want to embrace their individuality, identify the dreams and plans that propel them forward, and to celebrate every glorious step along the way!
